Optimization and restructuring of an existing website for a tour agency in the Riviera Maya, focused on stability, direct bookings, and a consistent user experience across international markets.
Context
CocoTours Mexico’s existing website had functional issues. Two paid booking apps were running simultaneously, causing conflicts in handling quantities, dates, and pickup information. In addition, inconsistencies appeared when switching languages (ES/EN/DE) and currencies (MXN/EUR/USD), especially in price display.
Solution
The codebase was cleaned and external app dependencies were removed. A custom booking system was developed to manage quantities, dates, and pickup points reliably. Language and currency logic was also optimized to ensure consistent pricing and content across markets.
