Online cosmetics store with personalized consultation
Design, development, and ongoing management of a cosmetics store focused on trust, guidance, and an assisted shopping experience.
Context
Buying cosmetics is often subjective and uncertain. The store needed more than a standard catalog: it required a platform that builds trust, presents products more effectively, and supports customers through personal guidance.
Solution
An assisted-selling e-commerce system was developed, integrating WhatsApp as a direct consultation channel. Visual micro-interactions were implemented, where background shapes react on hover to create depth and increase perceived value. TikTok was also connected to link content and store. In addition, an estimated delivery block was integrated at product level to reduce uncertainty and support purchase decisions.
